For a clear and cogent opinion on the role that nonprofits can play in combatting the spread of COVID-19 and its variants, read Vu Le’s September 6th Nonprofit AF blog post, Vaccine Mandates are Legal and Effective. It’s Time for Nonprofits and Foundations to Implement Them. The post also provides a wealth of links to current guidance on implementing workplace rules, policy development and samples, and recommendations for making the process work. This strong argument, backed up with an array of resources, is not to be missed.
