MAVA Volunteerism Bill Gets a Hearing!

We are thrilled to share that the Volunteerism Bill SF1181 will be heard in the Senate Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee on Thursday March 11 at around 1 pm.  Please view remotely at https://www.senate.mn/media/media_coming_up.html. Testifying on behalf of the Bill will be MAVA members from Detroit Lakes, Crookston and Two Harbors. Our beloved Board Chair Niila Hebert will testify on behalf of MAVA and  Metro organizations that work on behalf of underserved populations.  Please join the hearing to show your support!
