MAVA’s Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony is one of the highlights of the year! Join us to receive updates on MAVA news and cheer on this year’s amazing award winners. This year's event is HYBRID - meaning YOU get to choose how to participate. You can join us in person* at Mount Zion Temple or virtually by Zoom. The event will be live-streamed on Zoom. To attend in person, please select an "In Person" registration. To attend virtually, please select the "Virtual Only" registration. *We require in-person participants to be fully vaccinated and masked during the event. Please carefully review MAVA's Health and Safety Requirements prior to registering to attend in person. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to MAVA's health and safety requirements. The Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony is subject to change. We continue to monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and follow public health recommendations. If we are unable to gather in person, the event will continue in a virtual-only format. If you purchased a lunch, you may choose to have the amount paid refunded in the form of an electronic gift card emailed to the email you registered with or donated to MAVA. You may indicate your preference in your registration.

This event is FREE and open to everyone, but advanced registration and payment (if purchasing a lunch) are required by Tuesday, May 31. We are not able to accept late and/or walk-in registrations or payments. Please note that payment (if purchasing a lunch) is due within 30 minutes of registering or your registration will automatically cancel. If your registration is canceled, please register again. You will receive an automated confirmation email with the venue information and/or Zoom link after registering. If you believe you have registered but do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are already registered for the MAVA Hybrid Volunteer Engagement Leadership Conference, you have been automatically registered for this event and do NOT need to register to attend this event separately.
