What is a Service Enterprise?
Organizations that excel at leveraging the skills and talents of volunteers in their core operations are known as “Service Enterprises.” These organizations are proven to be more adaptable, sustainable and capable of scaling their impact in comparison to peer organizations.
Research by the TCC Group shows that organizations operating as Service Enterprises are better led, better managed and produce the same impact at almost half the median budget as their peers.
