Do you ever feel like you're working hard to engage volunteers but not making meaningful progress? It's time to pause and ask yourself:
- Do you have a long-term strategy for your volunteer program?

This interactive session is designed for everyone—from those new to strategic planning to seasoned professionals. Whether you’re building a brand-new volunteer program or refining an established one, this training will provide the tools you need.
Through guided strategic visioning exercises, we’ll explore the three E's: Evaluate, Envision, and Engage. You’ll set a strong foundation for your program's strategy and begin crafting a roadmap for success.
