About this event
For this month’s Connections, we will explore strategies for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries across various relationships within our organizations: with ourselves, with our volunteers, and with staff and stakeholders. How do you assert your boundaries with clarity and professionalism, while still maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach? How do you handle situations when volunteers don’t meet expectations? How do you navigate misperceptions with staff and donors? How do you say, “no”?

MAVA Connections are informal, but highly interactive events, and will require you to be able to view the PowerPoint slides, use your audio to listen and microphone to speak to others. Please plan to join us from a setting that allows you to engage and participate fully. MAVA Connections are not recorded.
