MAVA is working to pass a Volunteerism Bill, which is designed to bring funds to you and your organization to build and expand effective volunteer engagement. So, join us on March 14th to learn how advocacy at the State Capitol is essential to your work!

1:40 PM - How our Bill will become law
2:00 PM - Send off for speaking with lawmakers
2:30 PM - Meet Human Services Committee Members and House Author in State Office Building, Room 200
2:45 PM-4:00 PM - Lobbying in small groups; schedule appointment with your own legislators in advance
4:00 PM - Meet back at Capitol Rotunda for Debriefing
