Join MAVA for the third event in a 3-part series called "Do Better Together" where we will facilitate conversations around important topics in equity in volunteerism. December's conversation will be held at Girl Scouts River Valleys in St. Paul, where we will learn from their Community Engagement team about the strategies they are employing around organizational DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) readiness and their work toward increasing volunteers of color at Girl Scouts River Valleys.

After hearing from the Girl Scouts Community Engagement Team, participants will have the opportunity to take part in small group discussions around organizational readiness for DEI work at their own organizations, including barriers, success stories, and the impact organizational culture has on volunteer engagement.
