Apply for the Service Enterprise Summer Cohort by April 10th!

Is your organization ready to take volunteer engagement to the next level? The Service Enterprise Initiative can help you get there. Application for the Summer 2018 cohort is now open.

Why participate in Service Enterprise? Here’s what motivated other Minnesota organizations:

“To grow the volunteer program”
“To be forward thinking and continuously improve”
“To be on the cutting edge”

This research-based assessment, training, consultation and certification program is offered through a partnership between MAVA and HandsOn Twin Cities as part of a national effort backed by Points of Light. The Service Enterprise Initiative (SEI) empowers organizations to increase their impact by: leveraging the skills of volunteers, blending staff and volunteer skills to meet program needs, creating a culture of volunteerism and engaging senior leadership. More than 45 organizations from across Minnesota have already participated in Service Enterprise - don’t miss out on this opportunity to grow volunteer impact at your organization.

Through the SEI process, organizations have access to:
• A research-based assessment of your existing organizational volunteer engagement practices
• Up to 16 hours of team-based change management training
• Individualized coaching to address your unique organizational opportunities and challenges
• National certification signifying your organization’s commitment to, and proficiency in, leveraging the time and skills of volunteers to meet its social mission

How have organizations benefitted from participating in Service Enterprise?

“Increasing buy-in from upper management”
“Validating and adding credibility to the volunteer program”
“Increased resources to support volunteers”
