Service Enterprise Updates

Sara Wessling

Service Enterprise is a "Game Changer"

Last year MAVA and HandsOn Twin Cities conducted an evaluation to follow-up with organizations participating in Service Enterprise. The evaluation revealed many benefits to participating organizations including: new roles for volunteers, better integration of volunteer engagement within organizations, increased resources to support volunteers and improved systems and processes. Organizations also reported Service Enterprise facilitated significant changes such as: greater buy-in for volunteer involvement from top management on down, more mission-driven engagement of volunteers, more staff interest in working with volunteers and improvement in the overall health of the organization. To learn more about the benefits of Service Enterprise check out the full evaluation report.
